How to set up a walking Program using music

One method of improving your step size while walking is using either a metronome or music (referred to as auditory cues). The video below discusses some precautions/considerations as well as how to set up your walking program. It should be noted however, Not everyone responds to auditory cues or has access to the electronics needed. There are other options to help with your step size. Refer to the other learning modules under ‘Walking’: such as ‘Attention strategies’ or ‘visual cues’.
