If you use a 2 wheeled walker, using a tray to help transport food and drinks will keep you safe and steady. This type of tray is my favorite since it allows you to walk in your walker more than other trays and can be positioned out of your way when needed. It fits standard sized walkers but does not fit on bariatric 2 wheeled walkers and in my experience do not fit on junior 2 wheeled walkers either. There are, however, some 2 wheeled walkers that have a wide range of height adjustment and may work for those.
